Incredible food, great prices, and fantastic staff! The trio plate is amazing (all the meats are delicious). I also used their catering service, and my guests were absolutely obsessed with the food. 10/10, strongly recommend!

Ordering was quick 1 steak bowl (rice veggies steak) $24 1 entree 2 items ( steak shrimp veggies yakisoba) $37.49 1 bottled Soda Wait 30 + minutes Total price was $74, not including tip Steak was over cooked after ordering it Medium. I was not impressed or satisfied with the food and disappointed in the cost. It wasn’t tasty enough nor had a decent amount of food to justify the price. Portions were small. Steak was cooked in cubes not “steak” form then slices/diced. Location was “tried out” and no need to go back.

Waited over a hour to get our food. Vegetables were so over cooked, chicken was dry, cut in pieces to big, teriyaki sauce was c served cold. The fried rice was made using newly made fresh rice not day old rice. It was terrible. They gave us free appetizer for being so late Expect long wait as it's not cooked to order. They wait for so many orders then start cooking one big batch. Overall for the price, your better off going to Bennihans!

Deonna at the front will take your order over the phone, let you pay in person and have you sign a receipt, have you wait ONE HOUR after you were told 30 minutes when you ordered over the phone, and then when you ask if your order is almost done she says almost. Well 35 minutes go by and I asked again about my order and she says “your order must have been lost.” Maybe if there were more people actually cooking in the kitchen instead of being MIA, you guys wouldn’t be 15 orders behind. 11+ empty bags sitting on the counter, Deonna constantly telling people “we’re still working on it” as there’s literally no one in the kitchen. We ask her for a refund after she tells us the order was lost, she was clueless and had to call her manager on her personal phone because she can’t figure it out. We loved this place but the service today was trash especially from the girl at the front.

The potential is great but falls just a bit short. Small and not overly decorated. You order and your food is brought to you. Some people complain about how long it takes, but fresh made to order is always superior and worth the wait. Add to that a few screens to watch and selection of beer/wine and you are able to pass the time easily. My main reduction for the rating is the price to portion ratio. Along with that, while good the food is not aligned with the price charged. A plus, though at first doesn't sound like one, is that they got our order wrong. How they handled it was top notch (something lacking in many restuarants now.) Realized the mistake and corrected it. I will drop by for lunch and reevaluate. I especially want to have a meal here with a group and time to relax on the patio.
